Send your current menu — a printed copy, a photo of it, or a file — and the design team rebuilds it from the ground up. Every item, every price, every section, set out cleanly on heavy glossy paper in full color. Nothing is copied and pasted from a template. Each design is built for one restaurant only, so a pizza shop's menu looks like a pizza shop, a Thai restaurant's menu looks like a Thai restaurant, and a diner's menu looks like a diner. One honest limit on the old artwork
Here is the one thing to know up front. The exact art and images from your old menu may not be reusable. Old files are often too low in quality to print well, or they belong to a designer you no longer work with. When that happens, the team rebuilds the look as close as possible to what you had — same feel, same dishes, same personality — with fresh artwork that prints sharp. Your menu still comes back looking like your restaurant. It just will not be a photocopy of a file that was never meant to print again.
What to send us
Three things get the job started. First, your menu text — every item and price, exactly as you want it to read. Second, your changes — what to fix, what to move, what to add, what to take off. Third, your logo, if you have one. Your own food photos are welcome too, as long as they are good print quality and you have the rights to use them. A clear, well-lit photo of your best dish does more selling than any description. If you do not have photos, say so. The team can source professional food images that match your food — a cheeseburger that looks like your cheeseburger, a curry that looks like your curry — so the menu still looks like real food, not clip art.
What you get back, and how fast
You get a first proof in 3–5 business days. That is the first full draft of your new menu, built from what you sent. Look it over carefully. Check every price, every spelling, every item. Then send your changes back, and revisions usually come back within 24 hours. Once you approve the proof, your design is kept on file. When you need a reprint, there is no starting over and no rebuilding. The team pulls up your design, updates the prices if any changed, and prints. Your menu stays consistent from one printing to the next.
Starting from scratch instead
Maybe your old menu is not worth saving, or you are opening a new place. That is fine too. The free basic design service builds your menu from scratch. If your restaurant has no logo, the team designs a text-only logo as part of the free basic design: just your restaurant's name, set to stand out with color and effects.
