What is your turn around time?
From the day you approve, and assuming your order is paid in full, there is a 7 -1 0 business day turnaround. We usually only print on Tuesdays and Thursdays,
IF you approve your job on a Wednesday before 1 Pm, then your job will be part of
Thursday’s run
Can I pay my balance upon receipt of my order?
Orders must be paid in full before they are printed and shipped.
(We require a 50% deposit upon starting your order)
How long is it from the time I place an order until I receive a proof?
Depending on whether it is a new job, or changes on a job we already have on file, and also depending upon how busy we are, it can be up to 4 days until you receive an initial first proof. After the first proof, there is usually no more than 48 hours between receiving your changes and sending you a revision
How can I send you changes on a proof?
We accept changes via email only, they should be clearly typed, stating
The section, and specifically the change. You may also clearly write your changes and scan and email them to us. If these methods don’t work for you our contact our team for further assistance.
If I ordered 25,000 menus am I able to order half for one of my locations, and half for the other?
No, you cannot, this will then be considered as 2 different orders, Pricing is priced as per one design.
Can I trim the coupon strip off of some of my menus?
Yes, for a small fee with a minimum of 5,000 pieces.
