What type of shipping services do you use?
We use UPS ground and on larger shipments we use LTL freight
What is LTL freight shipping?
LTL freight shipping, means “less than truckload” When we ship this way, your shipment is going on a large truck with other shipments that otherwise could not fill entire truck. The truck then delivers multiple shipments to the various locations. This saves you a lot of money over traditional ground shipping. Freight shipping only covers shipping from Point A to Point B. You will be sent a questionnaire upon finalization of your order, to help us ensure a more smooth delivery. If your order is coming freight you will be required to unload your delivery off the truck unless you choose to pay for inside delivery or liftgate service
What is liftgate?
The driver will take the freight off the truck and will leave it curb-side.
(best for customers with no forklift or other means of unloading the freight)
What is inside delivery?
The driver will take the freight off of the truck and bring it into your place of business, as long as there are no stairs involved.
They will not unpack the freight.
Can I use my own shipping account?
No, Unfortunately at this time we do not offer this service, you have to ship using Takeout Printing’s shipping account.
